The IQ app offers some advanced mapping and automated features, but it lacks no-go zones. They are only available on iRobot robots. The smart-pathing technology allows for superior maneuverability and the high-pile mode of its carpet cleaning mode is very effective however it can be stuck on rug tassels.

In our tests in our tests, the IQ was able to handle pet hair with ease, removing huge amounts of debris from floors with no flooring and moderate amounts from medium-pile carpet. It was less efficient on shag carpets, where it struggled to reach dirt and dust buried in the fibers. It did a decent job of maneuvering around the legs of chairs and tight spaces as well as the wooden base of an IKEA step stool. It was a bit slower on floors with no flooring however it soon recovered speed and performed better than the other robots we tried.

The IQ is a better choice for the majority of users than the iRobot Roomba. It has a bigger dustbin and a longer battery lifespan and is more adept at navigating obstacles. It has mopping tools that can clean up sticky mess. The iRobot is, however, is more sturdy and has fewer parts that need maintenance or replacement, incurs less recurring costs, can create virtual no-go zones with its companion application. It can even resume a cleaning session from where it left off if it runs out of battery before having completed the task. The iRobot can also be controlled with voice, which can be an advantage for many users.

In our tests, the eufy11S was extremely effective at removing large particles and fine dust on hard floors. It was unable to thoroughly clean high-pile and medium-pile carpets. The device has a tendency to bump into furniture and people in its course. However, it is able to detect obstacles with sensors. It stops and emits a loud sound when it encounters an obstruction. Then, you can manually steer the device around the obstacle and restart it.

Another fantastic feature of the eufy 11S is its BoostIQ mode that allows you to set the robot to automatically adjust the strength of its suction to match the type of floor and the amount of the mess. The remote control makes it simple to direct the 11S to your desired location.
